Spring Exhibit, The Spirit of Color
"The Spirit Of Color" comes to life this spring showcasing the finest art that the North Bay has to offer. The annual fund- raising event includes an art exhibit and artist's reception benefiting the Petaluma Arts Association Grants Program, the Petaluma Arts Council Building Fund, and The Petaluma Peoples Service’s Center. It is sponsored by the Bank of Marin, Petaluma Branch & the Petaluma Arts Association. Not only will you see the exceptional art of our area, you will be treated to champagne and exquisite food prepared by some of Petaluma's best restaurants.
The Spirit of Color consists of 2 separate exhibits, a hanging show at the Bank of Marin, located in the Marina and a large exhibit & artist's reception at the Visitor's Center, located at the historical Petaluma Train Depot.
The hanging exhibit at the bank is free to the public. The tickets to the reception event are sold at the Bank of Marin, Marina Branch and at the event. For artists the event is an excellent opportunity to sell artwork and support the art programs in local schools thru PAA's Grants Program. For the public it is a chance to buy creative artwork, meet the artists, support the community and, above all----have fun!.
